Your Self Talk is Holding You Back (FVY 130)

What do you tell yourself when you look in the mirror? What are the first  few  thoughts that go through your mind when you think about yourself? 

If you’re like most people, it’s probably not very positive. And it’s holding you back. It’s keeping you from transforming your life. It’s stalling your progress.

We fight against ourselves instead of being on our own side. We put ourselves down. call ourselves names. Refuse to forgive ourselves. Hold ourselves to unrealistic expectations. And it’s so common, we don’t even recognize that we’re doing it. 

Here’s my question: Would you speak to a friend the way you speak to yourself? Better yet, would you stick around for it if a friend was speaking to you this way? Doubt it!

Join me for this solo-episode as I break down the three BIG reasons why we need to change the way we talk to ourselves, and more importantly,  HOW to do it.
